A rich chocolate mud cake with a chocolate cream cheese frosting and chocolate dipped strawberries... Heaven!

Motorbike Cake : Honda Hornet 2008

I made this cake with white chocolate mud cake for my cousins 30th birthday! It has an underlying mdf structure that my dh helped me build and then was filled with cake and rice krispy treats and covered in fondant. It took me ages to make but it went down a treat. It is an exact replica of his bike which he loves!

School Leaving Cake

This is a chocolate mud cake that I made for my sons last day of school. It is covered in fondant then painted with food colour and edible pens.

Totoro and Catbus Cake

This is a cake I made for my cousins 18th birthday - he loves Totoro! Totoro is made from stacked red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The Catbus is made with white chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache and white chocolate buttercream! Treasure Chest Cake

Cake for 60th birthday party with a Murder Mystery on a Cruise Ship theme.

The lid is made with 2 9 x 13 layers of Red Velvet.

The base is 2 9 x 13 layers of chocolate mud cake and 1 layer of lemon and poppy seed cake.

The frosting is chocolate cream cheese and I "carved" a wood grain effect with a knife.

The lock is hand made since I did not have any molds.
