A rich chocolate mud cake with a chocolate cream cheese frosting and chocolate dipped strawberries... Heaven!

Motorbike Cake : Honda Hornet 2008

I made this cake with white chocolate mud cake for my cousins 30th birthday! It has an underlying mdf structure that my dh helped me build and then was filled with cake and rice krispy treats and covered in fondant. It took me ages to make but it went down a treat. It is an exact replica of his bike which he loves!

School Leaving Cake

Totoro and Catbus Cake

This is a cake I made for my cousins 18th birthday - he loves Totoro! Totoro is made from stacked red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The Catbus is made with white chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache and white chocolate buttercream! I used LED's for the eyes and placed a thin layer of fondant over the top.
